How billing works

  • Monthly plans bill today, then the same calendar day each month, until you cancel.
  • Annual plans bill once and save two months.
  • Card payments through Stripe. We never see your card details.
  • Receipts by email.
  • Cancel any time. Service continues to the end of the period you’ve paid for.

Is there a setup fee?

No. Onboarding, the baseline audit, and monitoring setup are included.

What isn’t included in any package?

New builds, full redesigns, logos and brand identity, custom software, paid ads, bookkeeping, legal or accounting advice, phone answering, and third-party costs (hosting, domains, licences). Full lists are on each pricing card.

What if I need more hours than my package includes?

We’ll estimate first. Extra hours are $85, billed only with your written approval. If you’re consistently over, a higher tier is usually cheaper.

Do unused hours roll over?

No. Each month starts fresh. We reserve the capacity whether you use it or not.

Can I switch packages?

Any time. Upgrades start immediately with a prorated charge. Downgrades start at your next billing date.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. No minimum term, no cancellation fee. Service continues to the end of the period you’ve paid for.
